RN Nurse Manager

We are seeking a passionate RN Nurse Manager for our Long Term Care community, overseeing staff, ensuring quality resident care, and managing compliance with policies and procedures.

• Supervise Nurses and CNAs, conduct disciplinary actions, and identify training needs.
• Participate in performance appraisals and conduct audits.
• Investigate issues, monitor standards of care, and collaborate with medical staff on resident health plans.
• Perform daily rounds, assess residents, and develop/review care plans per MDS process.
• Address resident and family concerns, manage admissions, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Work in a flexible, team-oriented environment, participate in on-call rotations, and possess RN licensure with ACLS certification.
