- Monitoring patient safety, managing medications following the "Five Rights," and ensuring adherence to safety precautions.
- Communicating effectively with the healthcare team, delegating tasks, and providing patient education.
- Responding promptly to patient needs, conducting hourly rounds, and maintaining a safe environment.
- Participating in professional development and ensuring compliance with departmental standards.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in the state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
