RN Critical Care - Fulltime - Nights

Role Overview: The LPN Float Nurse supports multiple healthcare facilities within a health system, providing high-quality patient care across various units. They collaborate with care teams, perform assessments, procedures, and interventions under RN supervision, and ensure seamless patient care. The role includes patient and caregiver education on self-care and safety, accurate documentation, and active communication within teams. The position promotes professional development through ongoing training and participation in projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Current LPN license in Georgia (required).
• At least 3 years of recent medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required).
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and focus on patient needs.
