Responsibilities include assisting with admissions/discharges, documenting assessments and treatment plans, monitoring for signs of intoxication and withdrawal, providing medically monitored evaluations in detox, administering medications, and maintaining a safe environment.
Qualifications: Unrestricted LPN license in Louisiana, CPR and First Aid certifications, knowledge of substance detoxification, strong communication skills, and ability to respond to crises. Satisfactory background check and drug screen required.
