Qualifications: Must be NBCOT certified (renewal optional), hold an accredited degree in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT), and maintain an active state license. Preferred experience includes at least one year in post-acute care. CPR certification is required upon hire and must be kept current.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, assess, and modify patient treatment plans aligned with goals and functional needs.
- Supervise and evaluate OTAs, rehab aides, and students.
- Coordinate with patients, families, and support teams to plan care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize therapy software appropriately.
- Ensure safety, patient rights, and confidentiality in all procedures.
- Participate in community health initiatives and uphold professional standards and policies.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Assist with patient evacuation and maintain dependable attendance.
- Perform physical activities including lifting, bending, and moving as needed.
