- Administer medications and monitor patient response and vital signs
- Coordinate care with physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge needs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Support a patient-first culture focused on safety, teamwork, and quality care
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
