- Perform care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Document patient care accurately and monitor patient conditions, communicating effectively with the care team, patients, and families.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
- Collaborate across disciplines for patient transfer, discharge, referrals, and psychosocial support.
- Evaluate and provide education to patients and families tailored to their needs.
- Advocate for patients' physical and emotional well-being.
- RN license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months.
- Preferred: one year of experience and ASLS certification.
