- Assisting patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
- Collaborating across disciplines for patient transfer, discharge, referrals, and psychosocial support.
- Providing patient and family education tailored to individual needs and advocating for their well-being.
- RN license is mandatory.
- Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire; ACLS and PALS within six months.
- Preferred: one year of experience and ASLS certification.
