- Performing care interventions such as medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments
- Documenting patient care accurately
- Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families
- Assisting with activities of daily living including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility
- Collaborating across disciplines for patient transfer, discharge, and support needs
- Providing education tailored to patient and family needs and advocating for their well-being
- Active RN license
- Basic Life Support certification (within 30 days of hire)
- ACLS and PALS certifications (within six months of hire)
- Preferred: minimum one year of experience and ASLS certification
