- Perform head-to-toe assessments on diverse patient populations, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
- Assess, reassess, and manage patient pain, educating patients and families on pain techniques.
- Develop and implement care plans based on physician orders and patient conditions.
- Treat patients and families with respect, addressing psychosocial, cultural, ethnic, and spiritual needs.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient status and changes.
- Respond promptly to clinical changes, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Perform general nursing duties across departments under supervision.
- Current Nevada RN licensure.
- ACLS & BLS certifications.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
