Position Overview
- Provide direct nursing care in a collaborative environment within an 18-bed stepdown MICU unit.
- Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans, assess patient conditions, and coordinate discharge planning.
- Serve as the primary coordinator among disciplines for patient care and follow physician and nursing orders.
- Current RN license or eligibility in Alabama; BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school and professional licensure at hire.

- Deliver high-quality patient care according to organizational policies and protocols.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions effectively.
