- Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care for seamless healthcare team integration.
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient and family needs.
- Implement, evaluate, and modify care plans accordingly.
- Ensure patient and staff safety by reporting hazards and incidents.
- Communicate effectively with team members, offering feedback and supporting professional development.
- Complete departmental competencies and float across various inpatient units, including Medical-Surgical, Oncology, Orthopedic, Advanced Care, and ICUs.
