- Deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient nursing care by applying the nursing process.
- Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and clinical outcomes.
- Precept and mentor new healthcare staff and students.
- Maintain compliance with certifications such as ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, ENPC, and others.
- Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
- Current RN licensure and at least 6 months of nursing experience.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and trauma nursing courses.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
