This role involves providing patient-centered, high-acuity care during labor, delivery, and recovery, utilizing advanced assessment, fetal monitoring, medication management, and critical thinking skills.

Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, NICU, and surgical teams to deliver exceptional care.

The position offers comprehensive training and supportive onboarding for those transitioning from other clinical backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN License or eligibility in Missouri
• BLS Certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Previous RN experience in acute care or relevant clinical setting
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and respond to maternal and fetal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate and support families
• Utilize diagnostic data to guide care decisions
• Participate in patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practices
  
  

Physical & Certification Requirements

• Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds regularly
• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Performing direct patient care activities
