Registered Nurse (Behavioral/Mental Health)

Provide compassionate nursing support for behavioral and mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Conduct health assessments, monitor medication regimens and side effects, and respond to health concerns across home, office, and community settings.

Key Duties

• Complete nursing assessments and ongoing health monitoring
• Track and review medications, side effects, and response to treatment
• Coordinate care with therapists, psychiatrists, and other team members
• Educate clients and caregivers on health needs, medication, and care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and documentation compliance
• Ensure client safety and uphold regulatory, clinical, and safety standards
• Deliver client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care
  
  

Qualifications/skills: Current RN licensure, strong clinical assessment and medication monitoring skills, effective communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, attention to safety/compliance, and commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
