Responsibilities include providing comprehensive psychiatric assessments, managing complex medication regimens, and integrating recovery-focused, person-centered care. The role involves developing wellness programs, supervising multidisciplinary teams, and engaging patients and communities to promote social inclusion and recovery.
Qualifications include a valid medical license in Massachusetts, DEA and Controlled Substances Certificates, and expertise in treating serious mental illnesses like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and trauma-informed care is preferred.
