Physician (MD/DO) | Post-Acute Care | Greenville, SC

Seeking a full-time Physician (MD or DO) to join a growing Post-Acute Care team in Greenville, SC. Enjoy a _weekday-only_ schedule with no weekends, minimal patient volume in a Skilled Nursing and Rehab setting.

• Provide direct patient care, including admissions, follow-ups, and Medicare visits
• Manage treatment plans for a stable post-acute population
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants on-site
• Ensure compliance with all guidelines and collaborate with facility teams
• Accurately document visits and handle billing with EMR and E/M coding
• Align with the organization’s care standards and mission
  
  

Qualifications include an active SC medical license, Board Certification or Eligibility, and experience in EMR documentation preferred. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6–8 hour shifts, with about 16 patients daily, no nights or weekends. Part-time options are available. Compensation ranges from $250,000–$270,000 annually, plus benefits such as 401(k), insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
