Physician (MD/DO) | Post-Acute Care | Greenville, SC

We are hiring a full-time Physician (MD or DO) for our expanding Post-Acute Care team in Greenville, SC. This role offers a _weekday-only_ schedule with no weekends, in a Skilled Nursing and Rehab setting, managing a low daily patient volume.

• Provide direct patient care, including admissions, follow-ups, and Medicare visits.
• Manage treatment plans for a stable post-acute population.
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants on-site.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and collaborate with facility teams for holistic care.
• Accurately document visits and handle billing using EMR and E/M coding.
• Promote care standards aligned with the organization’s mission.
  
  

Qualifications include an MD or DO (Board Certified or Eligible), active South Carolina medical license, DEA, DHEC credentials, and experience in EMR documentation and coding preferred. Candidates should have leadership skills, work autonomously, and be passionate about post-acute care.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 6–8 hour shifts, with approximately 16 patients per day. Part-time options are available. No nights, weekends, or on-call.
