- Provide direct patient care across various diagnoses and settings, implementing treatment plans and modifying them as needed.
- Perform patient assessments, evaluations, goal setting, and discharge planning, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Create a positive learning environment for observers, volunteers, students, and staff; facilitate educational opportunities and achieve learning objectives.
- Meet departmental productivity standards, service immediate patient needs, and document activities timely.
- Supervise rehabilitation technicians, volunteers, and students, supporting their educational growth.
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
- Current BLS certification (Instructor or Provider level).
- Enrollment in a PT Doctorate program.
- Strong clinical, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Ability to educate and mentor learners and staff.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and departmental productivity.
