Seeking a Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist as a 1099 independent contractor for a flexible, part-time onsite role.
Responsibilities include treating medically complex patients, aiding in return-to-work and functional restoration, and collaborating with medical and therapy teams. Services may involve EMGs and NCS for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries, with active communication with employers and case management.
Typically, you'll work approximately 4 hours weekly or biweekly, with scheduling that accommodates your private practice. Compensation is based on a revenue share model.
Qualifications include experience with work-related injuries, state licensure, MD or DO degree from an accredited program, unrestricted DEA license, board certification or eligibility in PM&R, and medical malpractice insurance.
