Responsibilities
- Perform patient/family assessments and education
- Coordinate with healthcare teams and social services
- Facilitate communication among patients, providers, and support services
- Assess and implement treatment plans, especially for end-of-life care
- Washington RN license
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience, including oncology, medical-surgical, geriatric, critical care, palliative, or terminal care
- Strong conflict resolution and collaboration skills
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing, hospice/palliative certification, experience in pediatric and adult nursing, grief counseling
