Part Time - Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients, considering psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and population-specific needs. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.

Qualifications & Skills: Must have a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN licensure. No prior experience required; however, a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and two years of experience are preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
