- Serve as circulator and/or scrub for a variety of surgical procedures.
- Maintain strict sterile technique and uphold perioperative safety standards.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative teams to support effective surgical workflow.
- Apply evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes.
- Accurately document care in the EMR.
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong operating room clinical experience and knowledge of perioperative processes.
- Excellent sterile technique, patient advocacy, and safety awareness.
- Effective teamwork and communication across the surgical care team.
- Proficiency with EMR documentation and clinical record accuracy.
