Nurse Practitioner - Mobile Wound Care

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile wound care team in southern Illinois.

  • Provide on-site assessments, wound treatments, and debridements across various settings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
  • Document treatments accurately, monitor patient progress, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and stay current with wound care advancements.

Qualifications include an Illinois NP license, preferably Missouri licensure, certification in Adult-Gerontology, Family, or Acute Care, and reliable transportation.

Benefits include a competitive salary ($130K-$135K), health insurance, PTO, retirement plan, and a supportive environment. Work is in person with flexible, mobile scheduling.
