- Assist with patient care activities as directed by the registered nurse
- Support surgical unit workflows to promote patient comfort and safety
- Provide indirect care and observational support within scope of training
- Follow established infection control, safety, and documentation practices
- Maintain effective communication with the care team
- Currently enrolled in a nursing program (nursing student)
- Strong interest in surgical/acute care
- Ability to learn clinical procedures and follow supervision guidelines
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Reliable teamwork, communication, and attention to detail
