LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Part Time - Acute Care Cardiac Telemetry

Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing direct patient care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to patient assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Reinforce education, discharge planning, and family needs throughout hospitalization.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies following policies.
• Evaluate nursing interventions based on patient responses.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to meet patient needs.
• Participate in evidence-based practice decisions and unit-based initiatives.
• Precept and mentor new staff and students.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from a Nursing Specialty Training Program.
• Strong interest in Cardiac Nursing Care preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
