Role: Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering direct patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities: Contribute to assessments, address patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and reinforce education and discharge planning. Provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and mentor new staff and students. Ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care aligned with organizational policies and standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing. Ability to coordinate patient care, promote safety, and demonstrate compassionate interactions.
Additional Details: Work includes 7p-7:30a shifts with every other weekend and holiday requirements. The environment prioritizes high reliability, teamwork, and community focus.
