- Provide care for complex wounds and administer multi-drug therapies.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
- Administer medications accurately and safely.
- Monitor telemetry and respond to changes in patient status.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support and optimize outcomes.
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong clinical judgment for complex, high-acuity care.
- Experience or proficiency with ventilator/tracheostomy care, advanced wound care, and medication management.
- Ability to monitor telemetry and maintain patient safety.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment.
