Licensed Vocational Nurse

LVN Charge Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a family-oriented senior care setting. Coordinate and deliver direct nursing services, administer medications and treatments, and monitor resident condition to support quality clinical outcomes.

• Oversee and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring adherence to care standards and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans.
• Assess residents, manage care needs, and communicate changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.

Qualifications & Skills: Current LVN licensure, strong clinical judgment, medication administration competency, effective communication, and leadership skills to guide and supervise staff.
