Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting over 600 long-term care facilities across multiple states, with expanding operations.

Immediate openings for *Fully Licensed* LMSWs interested in geriatric behavioral health, offering *Part-Time* roles in Battle Creek, MI.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing direct psycho-social services such as evaluations, diagnoses, and ongoing treatment for nursing home residents
• Conducting individual, group, and family therapies
• Managing 10-15 patients daily with flexibility for scheduling
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and continuity
• Maintaining Medicare-compliant documentation and clinical records

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work and LMSW license
