Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

We are a growing provider of psychiatric and psycho-social services supporting 600 long-term care facilities across the Midwest, with immediate openings for Fully Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LMSW) interested in geriatric behavioral health.

• Provide direct psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment (individual, group, family) to nursing home residents.
• Manage 10-15 patients daily with flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and continuity.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare guidelines and proper clinical documentation.
• Work daytime hours M-F with autonomy, clinical support, and a dedicated practice manager.
• Use electronic medical records and participate in team-based care.
  
  

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, full state license, and 1-2 years of experience. Preferred experience in nursing homes and Medicare documentation.
