We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical operations in a non-profit human services setting.
- Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation for residential and community-based services.
- Supervise Clinical Care Case Managers, provide training, and conduct assessments such as CANS and bio-psychosocial evaluations.
- Review and approve treatment plans, risk assessments, and service notes, ensuring adherence to timelines and rehabilitative language.
- Facilitate community linkages, provide clinical training, and support youth and families through therapeutic interventions and coping skills training.
- Act as on-call supervisor for crisis intervention, maintain compliance with licensing standards, and ensure effective communication with providers and families.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and maintain independent licensure (LICSW required).
