Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We seek a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality behavioral health and community care services.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, offering individual and group therapy (including PTSD care), managing medical records in compliance with HIPAA, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work and valid LCSW license.
• Experience in behavioral health and case management preferred.
• Knowledge of PTSD care, HIPAA regulations, and applied behavior analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
