Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - PART-TIME

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides evidence-based psychotherapy—including individual, group, and family counseling—to adult and youth patients as part of an integrated primary care team.

• Conducts assessments, diagnoses, develops treatment and self-management plans, and offers crisis intervention.
• Collaborates with primary care providers and external partners to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintains documentation in the electronic health record and participates in quality improvement, training, and policy updates.
• Works in an office setting with some regional travel, adhering to confidentiality and operational standards.
