Registered Nurse (Inpatient Rehabilitation)
Provide compassionate, comprehensive inpatient rehab nursing care to adults recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, and medically complex conditions. Conduct patient assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor progress to support safe, high-quality recovery.

Key Duties
- Assess patients and create, update, and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications/treatments and monitor clinical status
- Provide patient and family education
- Document care accurately in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and patient safety focus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with EMR documentation
