Registered Nurse (Inpatient Rehabilitation)
Provide compassionate inpatient rehabilitation care for adults recovering from
stroke
,
brain and spinal cord injuries
, and other
medically complex conditions
. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and maintain individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor progress to support safe recovery.
Key Duties
- Complete nursing assessments and update individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, therapies, and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor patient status and document outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on care, recovery, and safety.
- Document accurately in the EMR.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences.
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong clinical judgment, patient assessment, and care planning skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork in an interdisciplinary setting.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, safety, respect, and clinical excellence, including a faith-based culture.
