- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team including therapists and physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families about recovery processes and care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in discharge planning.
- Support a safe, encouraging environment that fosters functional recovery and independence.
- Current RN licensure.
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or related healthcare settings preferred.
- Strong assessment and care planning skills.
