- Oversee ICU operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments.
- Supervise, mentor, and support staff performance and development.
- Assist with performance management and HR activities.
- Monitor supplies, equipment, and unit readiness.
- Coordinate patient care, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Address patient care concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
- Conduct rounds with patients and families to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide direct patient care to maintain safety and quality outcomes.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Valid RN license and current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- At least one year of acute care hospital or ED nursing experience.
- Previous supervisory experience in an ICU or acute care setting (1-2 years).
