Home Health Speech Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join our Home Health team in Manchester, TN, serving the surrounding communities. This per diem role involves assessing and treating patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments, working within state scope of practice and collaborating with healthcare team members.

• Evaluate patient needs and develop therapy plans in coordination with physicians.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing functions.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques.
• Must have current state licensure, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
