- Experience in telemetry or cardiac care is preferred; no prior experience necessary for entry-level roles.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a high-pressure environment.
- Provide direct patient care in a cardiac unit, including pre/post procedures, device management, and respiratory or renal care.
- Educate patients and families to support recovery and health management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and document comprehensive care plans and communicate effectively across care teams.
