We offer a competitive salary starting from $185,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, malpractice insurance, paid CME, profit sharing, and a partnership track.
The role includes a 4-day work week, a 1:6 call schedule, and hospital privileges for newborn care only (no inpatient or delivery responsibilities).
