Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate nursing care, ensuring safe, patient-centered outcomes.
- Supervise and support healthcare team members, facilitating multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Maintain alignment with the facility’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence at all times.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN required.
- Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient in cardiovascular patient assessment, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and cardiac arrhythmias; stress testing experience preferred.
- Current RN license in Nevada, BLS certification, and relevant specialty certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP).
- Strong clinical assessment and cardiovascular knowledge.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
