- Implement occupational therapy interventions aligned with student needs and IEP goals
- Support skill development in areas such as hand use, sensory regulation, and daily living
- Document services and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to support consistent care
- Maintain communication and coordinate plans with the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based services
- Ability to implement IEP-based interventions and measure outcomes
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
