Behavioral Health Therapist

Help expand rural mental health care in Montana’s Hi-Line region! We seek licensed therapists (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) or recent grads for full-time roles in Shelby, Conrad, or Chester.

• Provide brief interventions and traditional therapy in a hybrid clinic setting
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Engage in community and advocacy activities, including suicide prevention (if trained)
• Build trusted relationships within local communities
  
  

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, community-focused, with 2 years of experience or new graduates seeking supervised hours.
