Help expand rural mental health care in Montana's Hi-Line region by joining a growing Behavioral Health team. We are seeking licensed therapists (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) or recent graduates seeking supervised hours, to provide compassionate, community-focused care in clinics located in Shelby, Conrad, or Chester.
- Deliver brief interventions and traditional therapy in a hybrid clinic model, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in community committees, advocate for mental health awareness, and support integrated behavioral health services.
- Build trust and lasting relationships within rural communities, supporting both adult and pediatric populations.
