Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
- Operational Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring effective scheduling, deployment, and supervision of security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, post orders, safety protocols, and regulatory/licensing requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and quality-assurance checks.
- Manage branch equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and responsiveness.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved to client satisfaction.
- Review and update post orders, ensuring officers understand job duties and expectations.
- Participate in contract start-ups, transitions, and client meetings.
