What are the responsibilities and job description for the Branch Manager position at 360care?
Overview
The person in this role is responsible for managing all aspects of the post-sale relations between 360Care and the contracted long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities
- Manages communication with facility contact, territory marketers, and other management.
- Managing duties performed by the dental/ancillary coordinators assigned to the territories (i.e., planning and coordination of facility clinical visit schedules, etc.).
- Editing and distributing schedule created by the dental/ancillary coordinators.
- Responsible for managing direct reports.
- Responsible for territory logistics including supply ordering and inventory management.
- Submitting credentialing information to facilities for providers.
- A high level of personal productivity.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.
- Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting suspected violations of law and Company policy.
- Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years management experience required
- Electronic Medical Records experience required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations and/or scheduling required
- Front or back office medical/dental experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required

- Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Must be self-directed and able to meet deadlines.
