We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Referral Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our specialty departments, clients, and referring veterinarians.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, referring veterinarians, and hospital specialty departments.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for Specialty Surgery, Oncology, Internal Medicine, and Advanced Imaging services.
- Demonstrate knowledge of veterinary medical procedures and terminology to effectively communicate with clients and veterinary professionals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up for all referrals and communications.
- Support hospital operations with professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of veterinary experience required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and positivity under pressure.
- EzyVet experience is a plus.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.
