VetPay HCM , Veterinary Payroll and Human Resource Advisors, is currently supporting a Veterinary Hospital serving the scenic Capital District of upstate New York since 1963 and has been AAHA-certified for over 60 years. They are a well-established, team-oriented small animal practice with a loyal client base and a strong reputation for quality care.
The hospital is equipped with:
- Sound DR digital radiography
- GE ultrasound
- Complete dental suite
- Advanced anesthesia monitoring
- Therapeutic laser
- iCare Tonovet Pro
They are also in the planning stages of a full hospital renovation, creating a premier small animal facility for both our team and clients.
Who We're Looking For
The hospital is seeking a New York State Licensed Veterinarian who:
- Practices or is interested in Fear Free and Cat Friendly medicine
- Enjoys client communication and education

- Is motivated to contribute to a growing, forward-thinking practice
Appointments are intentionally scheduled to allow for thorough examinations and client conversations, and their trained support team allows you to focus on patient care—not administrative overload.
What You'll Get
Schedule & Work-Life Balance
- Average 40–45 hours per week
- Alternating 3-day weekends
- One weekday off per week
Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 9:00am–5:00pm
- Sat: 9:00am–2:00pm
Compensation
- Salary: $100,000–$130,000, based on experience
- Additional earning potential through production incentives
