East Greenbush Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time Veterinarian to join our 5-doctor team to provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to cats, dogs, rabbits, and exotics. • Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year pro-sal

  • Mon: 7:30am – 7:00pm
  • Tue: 7:30am – 6:00pm
  • Wed: 7:30am – 7:00pm
  • Thu: 7:30am – 6:00pm
  • Fri: 7:30am – 6:00pm
  • Sat: 8:00am – 12:00pm
  • Sun: Closed

• A schedule that respects your time. Full-time veterinarians work 35-40 hours per week, including a Saturday rotation, with at least one weekday off. Appointments are 20 minutes, and we offer tech appointments. We share a light on-call rotation limited to phone triage only, with no in-clinic emergency coverage. Call-ins are rare and typically limited to established patients or boarders.
• A 3-to-1 staff to doctor ratio. You’ll have the support—and respect—you need to be excellent for our patients. Our experienced team includes six DVMs and a strong support staff of licensed technicians, assistants, and CSRs.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
• Valid veterinary license in the state of New York
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred

We are a large, well-equipped facility with the feel of a close-knit community hospital.
