Primary Responsibilities
Comply with all company safety policies, quality systems, and operational procedures.
Support workshop operations by assisting with tool preparation, inventory, and load-out activities.
Participate in product-specific training and maintain competency standards.
Promote and contribute to a culture of safety and quality.
Remain available for 24-hour call as needed to support field and shop activities.
Job Duties
Assist in preparing and testing tools and equipment for jobs.
Deliver equipment and supplies, ensuring accurate paperwork for delivery tickets, job reports, and timesheets.
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and services provided in the field.
Recommend improvements to methods, processes, and performance for greater efficiency.
Report activity status daily to the Workshop Supervisor.
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely in compliance with certification requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors within job constraints.
